The event serves as a follow-up for the event in Allas Sea Pool, Helsinki and the event in Lift99, Tallinn. It is the next step within the FinestSounds initiative. The main idea of the event is matching, networking and developing the export ideas in practice.
Music industry- and creative industry companies get a chance to meet each other, pitch their export ideas and get current information and personal counsel about Japanese markets and exporting to Japan. There will also be student groups from TAMK, HUMAK and Tallinn University who will be a helpful resource in the development process of the export concepts.
Based on the companies’ 1-minute pitches about their possible cases for export, student groups (mentored by export organizations and other experts) will start to work on creating new concept ideas for companies. The work starting in Turku will be developed further and introduced to Japanese industry professionals in Music & Media, Tampere 5.-7.10.2017.
